I am passionate about architecture and fascinated by the most ordinary details and how they touch various realms of our lives. With a decade and a half long experience in the industry, I have been involved in a variety of projects, majority of which have been in real estate pan India. I believe every day comes with new learnings and aspire to grow professionally by practicing on different platforms, contributing in a high-performance environment rooted with values. 

I completed my Bachelors in Architecture from School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi in 2005 and Post-Graduation in Advance Construction Management from National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR), Pune in 2010. 

My area of expertise is Construction Management with focus on Design Management and Design Coordination. I have worked with Large group companies like Ansal API, Delhi and Reliance Capital, Mumbai where I have worked on integrated townships and hi-tech township projects in India. I have had the privilege to work with Architectural firms like Abhijit Ray & Associates and Suresh Goel & Associates working on large scale institutional, residential, industrial and commercial projects. I have done my architectural training with Indian National Trust for Art & Cultural Heritage (INTACH), Delhi and worked with Bangalore based Project Management Company SyCONE CPMC as part of curriculum training at PGPACM. 

I am currently working as freelance Architect and in collaboration with DesignDOT consultants, Delhi. I continue to stay involved with Academics and Research. I have also been associated with School of Architecture & Planning at G D Goenka University, Gurugram since 2018. 

I have been in the organizing committee for Chintan, Scholarly Conference and panel discussion event by School of Architecture & Planning at GD Goenka University for year 2019 and 2020. 

My current research interests are focussed on studying Construction Strategies of Sustainable Architecture and the principles of construction project management and feasibility studies with policy framework in India. And, use of Artificial Intelligence in creating smart project management systems.
