Ar. Avitesh is loving faculty among students of SSA with charming way of teaching, dynamic in nature having more than 8 research papers and multitasking. Apart from her current research topic ‘Bio-Solar rooftops’ in Ph.D., published many articles, essays in various leading architectural magazine. In her latest article published in IIA (The Indian Institute of Architects) journal, she advocated a different approach for spatial planning in Indian Urban spaces influenced by the socio-political thought of ‘Antyoday’.

She has a strong feeling to give back the society and nation, for which she has started a social initiative ‘Mam Gram Samraddh Dhaya’ unique approach under which she not just provides education but also hope & aspirations to young kids from underprivileged and low-income group. She has strong belief that every child of India has potential to become next ‘Kalam’.

Avitesh has been associated with many professional organizations of her field. She is an active member of The Indian Institute of Architects (IIA), Haryana chapter, intense and vocal activist for environmental issue as part of ‘Citizen for Clean Air’ movement. It was her strong consist contribution towards society, due to which, she was nominated as ‘Disha’ committee member is her native district Bulandshahr. Disha committee is a district level committee constituted by Union Ministry of Agriculture & Rural Development, chaired by Member of Parliament. Local MLA (Member of Legislative Assembly) and District Magistrate are designated members with three prominent civil society members. Committee has responsibility to ensure the timely implementation of various government schemes of welfare.

Her fresh approach of observing nearby environment and behavior led her get award at WADE for photography after her life changing experience as second runner-up of Mrs. India International in Malaysia.

In short, she is owner of Sharpe brain, heart full of empathy, and noble intentions with aim of greater good for society and environment.
